SAAF grantee partner COHERINET has conducted a multi-year study into pregnancy and abortion in Uganda. They interviewed more than 102,509 women and girls, and 60% revealed that they had used unsafe abortion methods to end unwanted pregnancies.
The findings were featured in an article for the Ugandan edition of Monitor.
